Companies are invited to ILAM campus by the Placement Cell / the companies can contact ILAM’s Placement cell for their requirements. After that, the details of the final year students opting for placement will be shared with the companies by ILAM’s Placement Cell.

The companies have an option to go for the campus recruitment to any of our campuses.

The company is assigned a convenient date.
After confirmation, a pre-placement talk is arranged on the date.
Company conducts test and/or group discussion to short list the interested students.
Short listed students are then interviewed for final selection by the company
